Mariana Tejado Gallegos
Mariana received her PhD from Institute of Legal Research at National Autonomous University of Mexico (IIJ-UNAM), she earned her Master's Degree in Environmental Management and Audit from the Miguel de Cervantes University of Spain, and her specialty in Environmental Law from UNAM, where she was awarded with the Alfonso Caso medal for academic merit. Mariana received her law degree from Universidad Panamericana, Mexico City, Mexico.
Her practice focuses on environmental and natural resource issues, human rights, and the regulatory aspects of the Mexican energy sector. Having worked in both the private and public sectors, she has acquired a broad perspective on the application of Mexican regulations. She has helped several companies reduce their risks through regulatory compliance.
Her books Fracking and its Mexican Regulation: Its Social and Environmental Impacts (2022), Handbook of Mexican Environmental Regulation (2021) and Soil Pollution by Hazardous Wastes, and Their Regulation in Mexico (2014) have been published by IIJ-UNAM.
She is a member of the National Bar Association of Mexico, the International Network on Climate Change, Energy and Human Rights, and the World League of Environmental Lawyers. She was accredited as an environmental legal expert by the Federal Judicial Council of Mexico in 2017 and 2018.

Adriana Salazar Cajero
Adriana received her Masters in Energy Management and Natural Resources from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and her business degree from Universidad Anáhuac, Mexico City, Mexico.
She is committed with the creation of responsible sustainable business from an economical and human development perspective.
She has over 17 years of experience performing senior positions in private companies in Mexico and Latin America. She worked as a Director in different private companies mainly implementing energy strategies based on renewable energy generation and energy saving.
She was awarded with the first place of the Electrical Energy Saving Award in 2010 and 2012. Also, her team was nominated with the Alliance to Save Energy Award (USA).
She was a lecturer on energy efficiency in the Expo Green Mexico in 2009 at the Energy Efficiency for the National Development Symposium hosted by the Ministry of Energy an Mining of Peru and in the Expo " MedioAmbiente 2013" in Guatemala, among other ones.

William Losch Latapi
William has over 17 years' experience representing clients on environmental projects, including due diligence transactions, risk mitigation strategies, permitting and litigation.
Before joining GBP, William worked at top-tier national and global law firms in Mexico and Australia, including Baker McKenzie, Maddocks, MinterEllison and Celis Aguilar Alvarez.
William received his law degree and a diploma of Environmental litigation from Universidad Iberoamericana, Mexico City, Mexico.
William has taken courses and diplomas from prestigious universities including Georgetown University, Washington, D.C., and Sydney University, Sydney, Australia.
Also, he was a lecturer of Environmental law at the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM), and speaker at a couple of conferences on environmental related matters.

Sergio Arellano Rabiela
Sergio received his law degree from Universidad Iberoamericana and his master’s degree in law from Colegio Superior de Ciencias Jurídicas.
Sergio received his PhD in Philosophy from University of California, Los Angeles, and is currently doing a PhD in Public Administration from Sorbonne in Paris and Universidad Anáhuac México Norte, as well as a PhD in Law from Universidad Anáhuac México Norte.
He is author of the following books: Human Rights and Moral Damage - Editorial Porrúa, New Selected Themes of Law (co-author) - Editorial Delma, Ser Jurista (co-author) - Editorial Porrúa, The Exclusive Management of Oil by the State (co-Author) - Editorial Porrúa, and Law Guidelines - Editorial Porrúa.
He is currently President of the Inter-American Institute for Research and Teaching in Human Rights, as part of the International Human Rights Network in Geneva and Brussels, as well as the Inter-American System for the Protection of Human Rights.

A. Oswaldo Reyes Flores
Oswaldo is a Ph.D. candidate from the Institute of Legal Research at the National Autonomous University of Mexico (IIJ-UNAM); he earned his Master´s Degree in Constitutional Law from UNAM.
As a research professional, he is a member of the Logic and Legal Argumentation Seminary of the Institute of Philosophical Research at UNAM. Furthermore, due to his specialization in philosophy, he won the Fourth Philosophy of Law Research Contest at IIJ-UNAM.
His practices focus primarily on argumentation, philosophy, and environmental protection.
As part of Green Business Partners and due to his dual specialization (law and philosophy), Oswaldo has conducted multiple courses and programs to expose the importance of environmental protection and risk reduction.

Luisa received her chemical engineering degree from Universidad de Veracruz, and a masters's degree and PhD in pollution control by Sheffield University, England, and is expert in sustainable development projects.
Sofía Aguado Portal
Sofía received her biology degree from UAM, Mexico, and a master's degree in science from UNAM, Mexico, and is currently doing a PhD in sustainability from UNAM, Mexico, and is an expert in waste management projects, energy efficiency, design and planning of climate change projects.
Eduardo Moreno Reyes
Eduardo received his bachelor of economics from UNAM, Mexico, and is expert in structural analysis, production and value chains, as well as environmental economics.
